Carrie is phenomenal! We made an appointment with her on a Friday afternoon for early the next morning. She arrived with comps in hand, familiar with the neighborhood and ready to guide my dad through selling his home for top dollar. Under contract within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the first contract backed out. Carrie was quick to double down on marketing and another offer came in within a couple of days. She negotiated really well. She’s responsive around the clock, and she pays attention to details. Carrie was consistent and kept the buyers agent, title company and everyone involved moving forward. She made us feel comfortable and confident. We’ll use Carrie again!! 5 stars all the way!
